Terms & Conditions – Airport Taxi Service

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your airport taxi with us. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Fare & Kilometers

• The quoted price is valid for 30 km only (either towards the airport or from the airport).
• Kilometers are calculated strictly using Google Maps.
• The km count begins from the customer’s pickup location.

2. Toll, Parking & Additional Charges

• Use of toll roads is optional. If toll roads are used, toll charges must be paid by the customer as per actuals.
• Parking charges (if any) are additional and payable by the customer.
• GST @ 5% is applicable for customers who require a bill/invoice.

3. Luggage Policy

• Only luggage that fits inside the car boot is allowed.
• Extra luggage that does not fit in the boot may not be permitted for safety reasons.

4. Booking Policy

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receiving an advance payment.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup location, date, and time during booking.
• Last-minute changes to pickup time or location are subject to availability.

5. Missed Flight Disclaimer

The company will not be responsible for missed flights under the following circumstances:

• Customer delay in reaching the pickup point.
• Unexpected external conditions, including:
• Road accidents
• Road repairs or diversions
• Heavy traffic or rain
• VIP movements
• Any other unforeseen delay beyond our control

6. General Conditions

• Google Maps will be used to determine the shortest and safest route.
• The customer is advised to plan their pickup time with sufficient buffer for traffic conditions.
• The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
