✅ A day is counted as a calendar day (midnight to midnight).

✅ Toll, parking, and interstate taxes are charged as per actuals.

✅ If the driver operates after 10:00 PM, a night allowance will be applicable.

✅ A/C will remain switched off in hill stations and when the vehicle is parked (for engine safety).
