Terms & Conditions – Rental & Local Taxi Services

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. These guidelines ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience for our customers.

Rental Package Limit

• The rental package includes 8 Hours OR 80 Kms, whichever comes first.
• After package limit:
• ₹15 per additional kilometer
• ₹150 per extra hour

Kilometer Calculation

• All kilometers are calculated from garage to garage.
• Distance from our garage to the customer’s pickup point will be calculated using Google Maps.

Toll, Parking & State Taxes

• Toll charges, parking fees, and interstate/state permit taxes are extra, unless explicitly included in your package.
• These charges must be paid by the customer during or at the end of the trip.

Driver Charges

• Day driver bata is included in the rental package.
• Night bata applies after 10:00 PM, if the trip extends beyond that time.

Vehicle Usage Rules

• Strictly no AC allowed in:
• Hill stations
• Parked/stationary vehicles

(This rule is for engine safety and fuel efficiency.)

• Extra luggage that does not fit in the boot will not be allowed.
• Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
• Customers must provide:
• Exact pickup location
• Date
• Pickup time

---

Delay, Traffic & External Factors

The company is not responsible for delays or losses due to:

• Heavy traffic
• Roadblocks or diversions
• Accidents
• Weather conditions
• Vehicle breakdown (We will arrange a replacement at the earliest)
• Customer arriving late at the pickup point

Missed flight/train/bus due to the above situations is not our liability.

Safety & Passenger Conduct

• Seat belts must be worn by all passengers.
• Smoking, consuming alcohol, or misbehaving with the driver is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the customer will be chargeable.

Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip ends.
• GST @ 5% applies only if an official invoice is required.

Lost & Found

• The company is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the taxi.
• If recovered, items may be collected from our office during working hours.
