✅ KMs will be calculated from office to office. In special cases, it may be calculated point-to-point based on the trip details.
✅ A minimum of 300 KMs is payable per day.
✅ A day is counted as a calendar day (midnight to midnight).
✅ Toll, parking, and interstate taxes are charged as per actuals.
✅ If the driver operates after 10:00 PM, a night allowance will be applicable.
✅ A/C will remain switched off in hill stations and when the vehicle is parked (for engine safety).
